On August 28, the final of the 2026 Longgang District Staff “FiveSmall” Innovation Achievement Competition, cohosted by Longgang District Federation of Trade Unions, District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and District Human Resources Bureau, concluded successfully at the Longgang District Partymass Service Center. KTC Commercial’s entry “Smart Meeting · Smart Connect” AI Fulldomain Perception Interactive Conference Panel Project was awarded the Thirdclass Award, while KTC Technology’s project Keytechnology Research and Industrialization of Domestic Horion Smart Conference Panels Based on OpenHarmony received the Excellence Award.

Aligned with Longgang’s core strategies of “All in AI” and “Home of HarmonyOS”, this competition drew participation from 63 local enterprises with 117 submitted “FiveSmall” innovation achievements. After preliminary and secondary reviews, 37 projects advanced to the final roadshow. Expert judges conducted rigorous evaluations across five dimensions: innovation, technical practicality, economic and social benefits, market promotion value and implementation feasibility. In total, 1 firstprize, 3 secondprizes, 6 thirdprizes and 25 excellence awards were granted.

Third‑class Award：“Smart Meeting · Smart Connect” AI Fulldomain Perception Interactive Conference Panel Project

This project deeply integrates AI largelanguage models with audiovideo algorithms and embeds them into AI fulldomain perception interactive display panels. Equipped with soundsource positioning, intelligent noise reduction, intelligent framing and an AI toolbox, it builds an integrated intelligent interactive display system for efficient collaboration. It forms a fullprocess intelligent closed loop covering premeeting intelligent preparation, realtime collaborative deduction during meetings, and automatic knowledgegraph generation after meetings. It delivers smart display solutions and smart office experience for governmententerprise conferences, education & training, business negotiations and other office scenarios. Targeting the subsector of “AIempowered” public services, the project covers humanmachine collaborative interaction, intelligent meetings, smart education and cultural creation.

Excellence Award：Keytechnology Research and Industrialization of Domestic Horion Smart Conference Panels Based on OpenHarmony

Aiming at commercial display, education and governmententerprise conference scenarios, this project develops fullydomestic smart conference panels built on OpenHarmony to realize independent and controllable core software and hardware, filling the technical gap of indepth OpenHarmony customization for domestic conference panels. Centered on the highperformance HiSilicon Hi3781V735 SoC chip, the hardware runs SwanLinkOS built upon OpenHarmony, leveraging native technologies such as distributed soft bus to realize crossdevice collaboration. Seven invention patents and one utilitymodel patent have been obtained in handwriting interaction, remote conferencing, wireless communication and other fields, supporting a fullsize product portfolio ranging from 65-inch to 98-inch.

Deeply developed on native OpenHarmony 5.1, the system meets requirements for informationtechnology application innovation compliance. It safeguards data security for governmententerprise conferences while enriching the Bterminal terminal ecosystem of OpenHarmony and driving collaborative adaptation of domestic chips and modules in the supply chain. Supported by the company’s mature manufacturing and channel systems, the project has achieved rapid mass production. It can directly replace traditional overseas system solutions, addresses industry pain points regarding security compliance and crossdevice collaboration, and provides a replicable model for the localization upgrade of commercial displays, delivering notable economic growth and social benefits.
