On March 23-26, the first batch of new main forces of Shenzhen KTC Technology Co., Ltd. (KTC) in 2021 reported to work, among whom 65 participated in the induction training events for new employees in Bantian and Huizhou parks. In order to help new main forces understand KTC comprehensively, adjust their mentality in time, change their roles quickly and adapt to work, they were invited to receive the induction training for new employees in KTC Bantian Park.
At the meet-and-greet for new employees before the training, Vice General Manager Jiang of KTC introduced the new employees to the basic status, spiritual culture and development prospect of the company. In combination with her career experience at KTC, Ms. Jiang encouraged the new employees to make reasonable career planning, adopt a down-to-earth attitude and learn with an open mind, so as to show their talents and realize their personal values at KTC.
Later, colleagues from the HR Department of KTC provided new employees with detailed briefing and training on the company's profile, rules and regulations and management system.
On March 26, the new main forces came to KTC Huizhou Park. Vice General Managers Liu and Chu of Huizhou KTC Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou KTC") described the basic situation and development prospect of Huizhou KTC and expressed their welcome and blessings to the new main forces at the luncheon. The new main forces visited the laboratory and production workshops in KTC Huizhou Park under the guidance of colleagues from the Customer Technical Department of Huizhou KTC, where they had a deeper understanding of KTC's scientific and technological innovation strength and manufacturing capability.
Engineer Wang, a new employee from the Software Department, said, "Through the initial understanding of KTC in the past few days, I have felt the thoughtful care from KTC to employees. I deeply appreciate the guidance from leaders and instructors in our work and the services for meeting our daily living needs. I hope I can improve myself at KTC in the future and contribute to KTC's development."
