On May 10 afternoon, a fire drill was held in KTC Bantian factory to strengthen the awareness of fire safety, popularize fire fighting knowledge, and improve employees' ability to survive fire accidents.

The fire drill began at 15:30 as the fire alarm sounded, then the responsible fire safety personnel on each floor guided the employees to evacuate via the dedicated passages and exits orderly, soon all the employees arrived at the basketball court. Then the security team of Bantian factory shared the knowledge about how to escape a fire accident, how to distinguish and use fire extinguishers, and how to take precautions while extinguishing small fires, and gave a detailed demonstration. The employees actively participated in the subsequent activities to use fire extinguishers, and successfully put out the big fire in the iron barrel.

This fire drill has enhanced all employees’ fire safety awareness, familiarized them with the procedures and routes of emergency evacuation, as well as improved their ability to survive fire accidents. Meanwhile, it helps guarantee safe and orderly production in KTC, and also lays a solid foundation for a harmonious and safe KTC.
